Jiffy cornbread mix, 1 egg, 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 cp. sour cream, 1/2 cp. cheese of choice. Pour into square baking dish and bake 45 min at 400
Cover chicken with whole stick of softened butter, 1 tbsp. kosher salt and course black pepper. Fill with half an apple, half sm. onion, 4 cloves of garlic. Baked for 1 1/2 hr. at 400 on a bed of baby carrots and the rest of the onion and parsley.
1 lb. fresh salmon shredded (or 2 cans de-boned), 1/4 cp. diced onion, 1 diced jalapeno (no seeds), 1 egg, 1/2 cp. bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons flour. form paddies and pan fry until golden brown.
1 1/2 cp. of your favorite broth, 1 1/2 cp. water, 1 tbps. kosher salt, 1 tbps. parsley. Bring to boil and add 1 cp of brown rice. Its ready when the fluid is all cooked out.

Take 2 broccoli bunches and cut into bite sized pieces. Place in bowl and toss with olive oil, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tbsp. diced garlic. Place on cookie sheet and roast for 15 minutes at 400.
Cook 4 boxes of Jiffy cornbread and let cool. Dice 8 stalks of celery and 2 med onion, set aside. Cook tube of sage sausage in sauce pan and add veggies; drain grease. Crumble cornbread into large bowl, add cooked ingredients, 1 cn. of evaporated milk, 1 cn. chicken broth, 2 tbsp. fresh sage, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. course pepper and salt to taste, 4 eggs. Pour into large baking pan and bake until firm and golden at 395. Serve wt. chilled cranberry sauce.
Peel 6 med sweet potatoes and cut into half moons. Rinse in a bowl and drain. Add 1 cp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tps. nutmeg, 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter, 1/4 cp. fresh orange juice, the vest of one orange and mix. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hr. on 395 or until potatoes are tender.
